Overview
Five types of Raw Forest Honey, produced by Wild Honeybees, Nectar of Wild Flora, Harvested from Kandhamal, Abujhmarh, Saranda, KatarniyaGhat, Sundarban, Cherrapunji, Nagaland Forest region. The skill required to harvest this honey must be specialized professional since it is collected from Forest Trees which can grow up to 50 – 80 meters high. Harvesting is done sustainably using traditional methods and rituals, ensuring that a portion of the bee comb is still intact to allow sustenance of the bee colonies. We take pride in offering the honey where we will ensure traceability and impact towards the forest sustainability as well as the implementation of ethical trade.
Since each forest honey belongs to different flora and forest region so each honey is having different taste, color, texture and aroma.
It is unheated, unfiltered, unpasteurized raw forest honey, retains all its healthful properties, rich in nutrients with enzymes, antioxidants, and amino acids. In its natural form, this honey has traces of beeswax, pollen, and propolis.
