1. Statutory Right to Withdraw & Initial Inspection
By law, customers in India have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Please check your goods immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your items are incomplete, incorrect, or aren't in excellent condition, you must notify us via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. We will coordinate returns or replacements for faulty or missing items inside our standard 7 working day window.
2. Shipping Addresses & Delivery Accountability
Every package is dispatched to the exact address supplied to us within the order notification channel (which defaults to your initially registered profile address), unless we are formally notified of an address update prior to shipment. To ensure we consistently deliver to a preferred location, please file a permanent request at royalbeebrothers@gmail.com.
Please note that full structural responsibility for the product(s) transfers directly to the customer upon courier tracking confirmation.
3. Return Logistics & Eligibility Guidelines
You will be responsible for the logistical costs of returning items to our facility unless the error was made on our behalf, or if the product arrived completely damaged or defective.
In accordance with distance selling regulations, returns must be completed utilizing recorded or registered delivery channels, and all return packaging fees rest with the customer. You retain full liability for items until they physically reach our facility. For your own protection, we strongly mandate using a secure logistics method requiring a **Signature or OTP (One-Time Password)** upon delivery.
⚠️ Critical: Transit Damage & Glass Safety
If your order arrives damaged while in transit, we will gladly issue a full refund or re-ship your exact order at zero extra cost. Please contact us immediately and attach photographic evidence of the damaged parcel for verification.
Handling Warning: In case of damage to our glass jars, please handle with extreme caution. Broken glass is sharp and hazardous—always utilize protective gloves. If you spot a structural crack or if a jar has shattered, do not consume the contents under any circumstance. Structural compromises can introduce micro-particles of glass into the honey.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exchange Flow
Exclusions: Unfortunately, we are entirely unable to accept returns or process refunds for items purchased on sale, clearance campaigns, or items explicitly marked as gifts.
Exchanges: The fastest way to secure an alternative product is to return your original item. Once that return is formally accepted by our warehouse team, you can proceed to make a separate online purchase for the replacement item.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Our team will notify you immediately via email once your return parcel has been securely received and undergone strict quality evaluation checks. We will state whether the refund has been officially approved or rejected based on item status.
If approved, an automated financial reversal will register back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please take into consideration that banking institutions or credit card vendors may require separate, independent processing cycles to post the funds directly into your account statement.
