By law, customers in the India have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Please check your goods upon receipt. In the unlikely event that they aren't in excellent condition, your order is incomplete or is not what you ordered, you must notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt and we will replace faulty or missing items within 7 working days.

Please note that for every order we will use the address supplied to us with the order notification (this will be the address you have registered with us initially) - unless we have been notified of a different address for that order. Please note that the responsibility for the product(s) becomes the customer's upon delivery. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Items must be returned using recorded or registered delivery and the costs of return postage and packaging are the customer's responsibility in accordance with distance selling regulations. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature/OTP upon delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged while in transit, we will gladly fully refund you or send you again the same order at no extra costs. In case of damage to the order while in transit, you should contact us immediately. Please send us some pictures of the damage as proof. In case of damage to the glass jars, please be careful and handle with extra care. Glass can be sharp and dangerous, thus use protective gloves. In case you see any crack in the glass jar or the glass jar has shattered, please contact us and do not consume the contents inside. The contents might have particles of glass in case of glass jar damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
