Estimated Transit Window: Once dispatched, standard baseline delivery ranges between 5–10 business days, subject to regional logistics networks.

2. Courier Partnership & Hand-Off Protocols

Deliveries are safely executed through premier logistics partners. Transfers occur exclusively between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM on standard business weekdays. No dispatch or delivery procedures take place on weekends or official public holidays.

A formal signature and a valid government-issued identification credential may be requested to authenticate the receipt of high-value shipments.

Unsuccessful Hand-Offs: Should you be unavailable, our logistics partner will execute up to 2 subsequent delivery efforts. If unsuccessful, direct communication will be initiated to review alternatives or coordinate a local depot retrieval.

Unresponsive Cancellation Right: In the event that contact cannot be established despite reasonable endeavors, Royal Bee Brothers reserves the right to cancel the transaction. A refund will be issued, adjusted for standard administrative overheads and reverse-logistics fees.

4. Regional Variations & Out-of-Area Fees

While standard fulfillment operates on a 2–10 working day horizon, precise delivery timing cannot be fully guaranteed under exceptional external circumstances.

Remote Zone Surcharges: If your shipping destination is classified as an isolated or remote territory, Royal Bee Brothers reserves the right to request a supplementary out-of-delivery fee post-purchase. You retain the absolute right to decline this fee and cancel the transaction for a full reimbursement.

5. Liability & Risk Allocation

Royal Bee Brothers assumes zero liability for delivery discrepancies arising from inaccurate patron inputs (such as erroneous address metrics or duplicate listings). Incomplete destination details will result in automatic order cancellation and refund.

Should an isolated zone prove entirely unserviceable, our team will coordinate an alternative address entry or facilitate an immediate transaction reversal.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that Royal Bee Brothers shall not be held liable for secondary losses, incidental expenses, or delays caused by events beyond our control—including extreme weather anomalies, national labor actions, or infrastructure failures.

All parcels are dispatched in high-integrity protective packaging. Full ownership and legal risk transfer entirely to the buyer upon delivery confirmation; subsequent to this milestone, Royal Bee Brothers is absolved of liability concerning post-delivery loss or destruction.
