Soaking seeds in honey a great way to enjoy a healthy snack that is also satisfying and enjoyable. To make seeds soaked in honey, we have simply mixed the nine types of seeds (Sesame, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Flax, Khuskhus, Chai, Watermelon, Muskmelon and Cucumber seeds), raisins and raw forest honey together in a large clay pot and baked under sunlight for 10-15 days. You can take 1 teaspoon this superfood in the morning to start your healthy day.

  • Improved digestion: Soaking seeds in honey can help break down some of the hard-to-digest components in seeds, such as phytic acid. This can make the nutrients in the seeds more easily absorbable and can reduce digestive discomfort.
  • Increased nutrient absorption: Soaking seeds in honey can increase the absorption of nutrients, such as minerals and antioxidants, by removing some of the phytic acid that can block their absorption.
  • Boosted energy: Seeds soaked in honey can be a great source of energy. Honey is a natural source of carbohydrates, which provide the body with energy, while seeds are rich in healthy fats, protein, and fiber.
  • Reduced inflammation: Some research suggests that both seeds and honey may have anti-inflammatory properties, which could help reduce inflammation in the body.
