Honey Hunter Madhu, harvested from the rugged terrains of Nagaland & Assam, produce of Stingless Honeybee also known as Dammer Honeybee. Stingless Honeybees built their hives in Tree hollows (dead or decaying trees), Wall cavities of traditional houses, Underground spaces or rock crevices, Bamboo internodes and Dead logs. Bees collect the nectar from the flowers of Jujube, Gooseberry, King Chilli and various types of Citrus Fruits. Reddish Brown in color, Tangy, sour-sweet flavor –Slightly fermented due to natural organic acids (like gluconic acid).
